Who this is

By creating an account, you're agreeing to these terms with whoever is named above.
What Rauta is
An eight-week (and growing) strength training programme, plus a way to log what you actually do at the gym. Every prescription is a set count, a rep range, and an RPE target — never a specific weight in kilograms; you decide the load. It is not medical advice — see the Medical disclaimer for what that means and what to do about pain.
Your account
One account per person. You sign in with an emailed link or code — there's no password to remember, and none to leak. You're responsible for keeping access to your own email address; anyone who can read your sign-in email can sign in as you.

Pricing
Rauta is free to use today. There's no payment method on file, and nothing is charged to you.
This may not always be true. Rauta may introduce paid subscriptions in the future. If it does, here is the commitment we're making now, before we have any reason to want you to doubt it:
Every account created before subscriptions activate keeps free access permanently. Not a trial. Not an introductory period with an end date. The moment paid plans go live, this group is locked in and the group is closed — accounts created after that point are on whatever pricing applies when they sign up, but yours, if you're reading this before that day, is not.
We're telling you this now instead of leaving it vague, because a product whose whole point is honest numbers shouldn't be cagey about money. If you sign up free, you were never going to be asked to pay for what you already have.
Your training data
What you log is yours. We process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy policy — including, if you use it, sending relevant training data to Anthropic's API to generate an AI summary. You can delete your account and everything tied to it at any time; see the Privacy policy's "Deleting your account" section for exactly what that does.
Using the service reasonably
Use your own account, not someone else's. Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We can suspend or close an account that does any of this.
Ending your account
You can delete your account whenever you want — see the Privacy policy for how. We can suspend or close an account that misuses the service, as described above.
Liability and disputes
